Online | UK & International Families
We support sensitive, bright, curious, intense, complex and neurodivergent children and young people understand who they are.
We support parents, carers and families to respond with confidence, care, and clarity over time.
This Is Me supports families of children who have received a diagnosis, are awaiting a diagnosis or are choosing not to pursue a diagnosis of Autism or ADHD.
Our service offers psychoeducation and relational child and family support.

This Is Me was created to offer families something Radhika felt was missing for families with or without a diagnosis of neurodivergence; space to understand, reflect and grow together, with a level of care and support that feels unhurried, containing, empowering and relational.
Radhika is currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. She holds an MSc in Child Development Psychology from UCL’s Institute of Education, where her research focused on neurodiversity and education, and has trained in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling at the University of Cambridge, Faculty of Education.
Radhika brings extensive experience supporting neurodivergent and twice-exceptional children, young people and their families across a wide range of settings in the UK and internationally with:
Families describe her approach as calm, thoughtful, warm and deeply attuned. She works with care, creativity and insight, pacing sessions to each child's sensory, relational and communication needs.
This Is Me works with a limited number of families to ensure quality of care and continuity for thoughtful, relational support built over time.
Families are can pause sessions for any length of time and request support from This Is Me at later developmental stages or life transitions.
This Is Me provides psychoeducation and a child and family support service built on relationship. Our service is relational, supportive and may feel therapeutic to some.
Families are politely reminded that we do not provide psychotherapy or counselling and we are not a replacement for psychotherapy or counselling.
